MY STORY

I graduated with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2007 from the Australian National College of Beauty.

I studied via correspondence attending the college every 3 months for block practical training and clinics. 

After I graduated, I returned home to Kingaroy and worked at my parent's business while I saw makeup clients on weekends and eyebrow clients in the evenings from home.  

Soon after I moved to Brisbane, where I worked in healthcare during the week and a day spa on late nights. 

In 2009 I again returned home to Kingaroy where I worked in healthcare

 and successfully ran my own makeup business for 7 years before starting a family with my partner Nick. 

While on maternity leave, I worked with a beautiful Organic Skincare Company that helped me reignite my passion for skin care. 

I am now in a position where my children are growing up and I have the capacity to work from home and create a space to call my own. 

I am so excited to finally open the studio to my clients, although there will forever be "finishing touches" going in. 

I have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to bring to you my very own label of skin care products "The Skinologist by Kate". 

These products will be available for retail purchase in my studio along with a professional range to perform facials on my clients.
